The ACDB panels are used in AC load distribution systems. Normally these panels have one power input controlled by MCB, MCCB or Fuse multiple load feeders with energy meter to measure total load consumption. Also, the selective feeders have electronic overload limiting trip switches (OLTS) and programmable timers to protect from excessive and unauthorized usage of power. All components are assembled suitable in powder-coated metal casting.
The overall product consists of following major components:
- MCCB/MCB/Fuse of suitable specifications which can withstand its respective flow of current
- Energy meter
- Overload trip switch assembly (OLTS)
- Copper bus bars/terminals of suitable rating
- IP65 cable glands for incoming and outgoing cables
